Bridging Loans

Bridging loans are short-term (3 – 18 months) loans to cover short-term transactional debt for any purpose (£50k no limit).

Bridging can be made on 1st or 2nd charges against residential, investment or commercial properties and is an extremely useful tool to cover debt where there is an exit strategy (e.g. sale of a property, funds coming in from an order).

This type of funding is typically very fast and can put pressing finance issues in a holding pattern while matters are resolved.
